Knowledge
The Trainers will go through the important aspects of safety riding using motorcycles. The topics are covered in class but we adopted the interactive approach to learning with lots of two-way discussions. In addition, we share the statistics and analysis of Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP) employees commuting behaviour to inform commuters of the needs for this training and the importance of this project.
Practice via Riding Trainer
We believed that knowledge retention is highest when learning it is fun and learners are made actively involved in the learning. So we use the Honda Riding Simulator to get the trainees learnt about hazard prediction and managing blind spots when riding on the road. As CAMS is a data driven initiative, we analyse trainees reactions to the simulator exercise as a way of understanding more about Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP) commuters riding behaviour.
