CAMS is an initiative with Batu Kawan Industrial Park and the Penang State was approached to conduct this project as it has "A Road Safety Strategic Plan". This project will address on making the road safer for motorcycles.
This project will also address the Penang 2030 vision specifically in two of the four themes that the State has outlined, first, is to enhance the quality of life of Penangites because road safety is public safety as outlined in Theme number 1.
